The refill clock shows 0:00 for a second before the heart actually arrives
A countdown that rounds down tells the player "now" while the game still says "not yet". Wrong labels, jumps from 59:59 to something odd and updates that drift are small things that make people distrust the timer. Here is how the label should be built.
Why this works
A countdown is a promise about when something happens, so it should never say it is done before it is. Rounding up to the unit shown means the label reaches zero at the same instant the thing really arrives.
When not to use it
Skip it where the exact moment hardly matters, such as a wait of days that the player only glances at. A rough word like tomorrow reads better than a precise label that needs redrawing every second.
