Find the files in your game folder that nothing uses anymore
After a few weeks of asking an AI for changes, the folder fills with old pictures and sounds that no part of the game loads. Deleting them cuts the download, but deleting one that is picked by name at run time breaks the game. This entry shows how to tell the two apart.
Why this works
Whether a file is used is a question of whether anything can reach it, not whether its name appears somewhere. Following the links from the start finds the cut-off ones, and naming the families of names built while playing protects files that no text mentions.
When not to use it
Deleting on the list's word alone is wrong when other people's work depends on the folder, as with shared art packs or files other tools read. Then move the files aside first, run the whole game, and only then remove them for good.

Say this to your AI
Use the Spielerando entry "Find the files in your game folder that nothing uses anymore" (read_entry assets-nobody-uses-anymore) in my game. Build it step by step, and show me how you checked that it works.Or skip this and connect the MCP: your AI then finds all of this by itself.Connect the MCP
