Bezier curves
Smooth curves you shape with a few handle points, for flight paths, roads, swooping cameras and your own movement curves. Things can travel along them at a steady speed, which plain use of a curve does not give you.
When you need it
When something should swoop instead of move in straight lines: coins flying into a counter, a dragon's flight path, a road through hills, a tentacle.
Say this to your AI
Use the Bezier curves from Spielerando so the coins swoop from the chest to the counter at an even speed.Or skip this and connect the MCP: your AI then finds all of this by itself.Connect the MCP

Common questions
how do i move something along a curve
Pick a start, an end and one or two handle points that pull the path towards them. The curve begins on the start and ends on the end, and the handles shape everything between.
why does my object speed up and slow down on a curve
Walking a curve by its own number from 0 to 1 is not even: things bunch up in places. Measure the curve first, then walk it by distance, and the speed stays steady.
how do i make my own easing curve
Two handles are enough, the same as in web design tools. Your AI can copy the numbers from any curve you like and use them here.
