Seeded random
Random numbers you can repeat: the same starting number gives the same results on every machine, forever. That is what daily challenges, shareable worlds and replays are built on.
When you need it
For worlds made from a code players can share, the same puzzle for everyone each day, replays, and tracking down a bug that only happened once.
Say this to your AI
Use the seeded random from Spielerando so each world comes from a code players can share, and the same code always gives the same map.Or skip this and connect the MCP: your AI then finds all of this by itself.Connect the MCP

- seed (1): The starting number. The same number always gives the same results, and any word can be turned into one.
Your AI gets the code
The finished code and math come through the Spielerando connection, so your AI can use them right away. Connect your AI
Common questions
how do i make a shareable world seed
Build the whole world from one random generator that starts from a number or a word. Share that, and everyone gets the same world. Plain built-in randomness cannot do this.
how do i make a daily challenge the same for everyone
Use the date as the seed. Every player's game then rolls the same results on the same day, with nothing sent over the network.
why does my seeded world change when i add something
One stream of random numbers is being shared, so one extra roll shifts everything after it. Give each system its own stream, split from the same seed, and they cannot disturb each other.
