Day and night colors
A sky and light that change through the day, with soft colours at dawn and dusk, plus a clock to drive them. Colours are mixed the way the eye sees them, so sunset glows instead of turning grey.
When you need it
For farming games, survival, open worlds, and anything where the time of day matters or the world should feel like it moves on.
Say this to your AI
Use the day and night colors from Spielerando so my game has a ten-minute day with a warm sunset, and the world gets darker and bluer at night.Or skip this and connect the MCP: your AI then finds all of this by itself.Connect the MCP

Common questions
how do i add a day night cycle to my game
Keep a clock that runs from 0 to 24, and look up the sky and light colours for the current hour. Lay the light colour over your world to tint everything at once.
why does my sunset look grey and muddy
Blending colours as plain numbers dulls them in the middle. Mixing the way the eye sees colour keeps dawn and dusk clean.
how do i darken the whole screen at night
Draw one full-screen rectangle in the light colour using multiply mode. It tints all that is below it, with no change to your art.
